On November 17th, 2010, Joint venture agreement signing ceremony of CREC Resources Cooperation (Beijing) International Logistics Company which is established by China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC) Resources Trading Company and Bondex Logistics Co., Ltd is held inBeijing. CREC Resources Groups Company General Manager Mr. Jianyuan Wu, Bondex Logistics Co., Ltd .Board Chairman Mr. Xiping Wang and President Mr Harold Tang and CREC Resources Trading Company General Manager Mr Hua Xu and other officials attended the agreement signing ceremony and delivered addresses. Officials and parts of staffs from Bondex Logistics Co., Ltd, CREC Resources Group, CREC Resources Trading Company and the Joint Venture Logistics Company have participated the ceremony.
Bondex Logistics Co., Ltd President Mr Hai Tang and CREC Resources Trading Company General Manager Mr Hua Xu signed the cooperative agreement respectively representing investors. According to the agreement, a joint venture China Railway Resources Groups (Beijing) International Logistic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter will be referred to as the Logistics Companies for short )will be invested and established by CREC Resources Groups Company, CREC Resources Trading Company and Bondex Logistics Co., Ltd. The Logistic company will meet the domestic and abroad logistics demands of CREC Resources Groups Company based on mineral resources projects, relying on the basis of the strong strength of CREC Resources, business experiences and professional service capabilities of Bondex in logistic industry, strive to make the joint venture become the first-class, professional international logistics company.
